James Phillips, B.Kin (Honours), CSCS
Strength and Conditioning Coach
James is a former CIS football player and University of Windsor graduate. While earning his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, he served as an intern with the U of W Football team as a strength coach and currently serves as an Offensive Line Coach with the Crescent Heights High School Cowboys and the Midget NE Broncos in Calgary, AB.
James’ initial role with Peak Power was as an intern during the summer of 2013. Upon the completion of his internship, he was offered a full time position with Peak as a strength and conditioning coach. Since being hired, James has become a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a NCCP 'Trained' Olympic Weightlifting Coach. He has also completed Precision Nutrition’s Level 1 Sports Nutrition certification.
James lives in Calgary with his wife, Lindsay and their cats, Maurice and Griffin.
